I'm brand new to real estate investing but I'm super excited to jump in, learn and be a part of the community. 

You can't blame them, they are excited to actually start this journey and are over zealous with their numbers.

Last week I attendedthe Serviced Apartment Summit in New York and both STR / Smith Travel Research and All the Rooms presented their findings on higher end extended stay lodging options.

Hello BP, I’m fairly new to REI investing and the BP community, but I’m excited to get started and hopefully join in with the rest of you soon!

My goal in 2-3 years is to travel via airbnb for months at a time domestically and internationally, living off of my rental income (as well as build-up my IRA which I depleted paying off cc debt used to upgrade properties, e.g. adding bathrooms, gut kitchen, and yes, pay a few months of morrgage payments).Still with me? 

Proud to be a member, let's see where this cruise ship is headed (very excited).I own one rental in Texas and have successfully house-hacked (purposefully) 5 different times over the past 25 years during my moves across the Southwest.
