Hi,

New member here from Peoria,IL. I have been a licensed real estate agent for 6 years, but only full time for 10 months. I was a Peoria Police Officer for 13 years, my last 3 as a violent crimes detective. I swore I would never get involved in rentals, but I think I was only looking at the negative. I left the PD last July to do bigger things and on my terms. So far, real estate has been great, but again, I am looking to learn and create growth. For now, I am looking to get my first single family rental. Eventually, I want to move to multi-family.

I am looking forward to learning and even though it feels like "drinking from a firehose," I am excited to get my feet wet.

Thanks and have a great day,

Rich
