I am encountering many "deals" by other wholesalers only to do the numbers and they are not deals.

The best loan terms I have encountered is 80% LTV for the purchase, 100% rehab, 7% interest, 12 months interest only and then the balloon payment, they charge 1 point.

I'm guessing he is on another one of his 'my bills are too high' kicks and is using this as a scare tactic for me to adjust billing accordingly, but just wanted to see what others have encountered around this topic.

I also agree I do not want to jump right in and make mistake that could hinder a career I haven't even encountered yet.

That is one course that should be refined years ago I was fortunate to take a course in social styles and thought I became good at it until I encountered the opposoite attracks challange and had to do businee with two opposites at the same time. 

Force a bubble around you when you encounter a negative person that is a conflict to your goals.
