I originally purchased Ecobee for the temp regulation sensors since the 3rd floor loft was so warm.

I am warming up to electric.I looked at some cost comparisons.  

I know several members have posted about using their services earlier in this thread, maybe they have more information about it.And I didn't get a warm and fuzzy when I started talking to them, so I figured I'd share what I learned with everybody else who is curious like me, but I'll be staying away from them unless more people recommend them vs alert me to stay away from them. 

When I get a list, I copy and past the info I want, when I get a call it goes on a warm list, when I am getting close it goes on a hot list.

We had two 100 year hurricanes in one month ;-) Global warming will cause an increase of these type of mega storms.
