I'm new to the site and fairly new to REI in general. I'm pleased to have found such a great community. I can tell by clicking around that everyone is quite eager to help. I feel the same way. I'm building my wholesaling business here in the South San Francisco Bay Area. I sure hope that the excitement/thrill that come from real estate investing doesn't wear off after a while, because I'm really enjoying myself. @Eric Kennedy There are a lot of rehabbers in the REI clubs down in SJ. I would go to the meetings and start getting business cards. I would also contact hard money lenders and see who they do business with. I would be interested too if the deal has enough meat on it.
