I have learned so much through the podcast and recommended books in the podcast, which is why i have decided to finally create my profile, where i will hopefully learn a lot more through relationships in bigger pockets and start taking action.

I am an entrepreneur by nature and I am super eager to learn and start taking action!

I also suspect that some of the relatives don't want the owner to take action on the houses during their own lives, as they have plans for the property themselves later on- I have encountered on one house already. 

In this case, more action earlier may have helped you avoid this situation.In the mean time -- what is meant to happen will happen.  

After spending a ton of time on this site and listening to a bunch of podcasts, I am finally taking action.

According to the article bidders are coming from everywhere including across the country to get in on the action.

I saw that on a recent visit there, and I thought that would be good for a rental, but I am not sure what the cost is for the actual individual tiles and then placing them by hand (obviously more time consuming). 

I'm new to investing and for a little over a month I've been learning, networking, and forming a plan of action.

Sometime going cheaper is not always the best option, in that there is always a consequent for every action.
