I still self-manage my two properties with this platform but I am pretty sure any of the major names out there would be fine at this stage.

Healthcare is the next largest industry after the University of Montana, Missoula has the only Level II Trauma Center in Western Montana.

The only reason I no longer have it is that the shopping center was sold and the new owners had other plans for the property than keeping it as a shopping center.

But I'd say in the initial stages you can just discuss general terms.
