Hi I’m in the process of closing on my first multi family deal a duplex which I will be living in as well with my girlfriend and next year she wants to buy something or we can go in on something together but we don’t know if we want to flip a house or another multi family because she just filed bankruptcy last year and we don’t know what our options are for the next move so can someone please help me out cause I was thinking buy another building but she said a house anybody have any suggestions?

I couldn't do a deal where I knew the result would be me (and/or) and client making money, plus causing someone to be homeless.

Is it a majority of the surrounding neighborhoods around the city that caused them to make this list?

It’s nobody’s fault that there’s a deadly virus going around that is causing everyone to cancel their travel plans.

I do think the recent virus scare will potentially cause some owners considering selling to be more motivated if they think they can get close to their price.

Market fundamentals are out the window causing fear to spread faster than the virus itself.
