@James LanierIf you are doing smaller deals that don’t require a ton of capital it may be beneficial to just have someone finance the deal & you pay them interest only.An example would be a private lender who lent the down payment and you agree to pay them 8%-10% and then in 1-2 years it is a balloon payoff.
