This is just a correction stabilization, a normal cyclical event in real estate.I'm jacked up that DOM is increasing, finally going to get back in the game for the right reasons. 

I will be attending the SJREIA meeting on 8/16 in Princeton NJ and I was curious to know who else within the community is interested in attending. 

You should save more money and do not buy anything you do not need to have.only spend big money on things that you will make more on than that costs you.Go to any local real estate groups and events. 

If you visit the area you should attend local REIA meet up. this way you can get yourself familiarize with the market and its people.

I would suggest you start attending local real estate meet ups and make connections with folks who are doing what you would like to do.

You find them by attending PIA meetings and building relationships with property managers/mortgage brokers and accountants.I am guessing that you are American and you have moved to NZ.
