Very new to investing. Was looking at a 4-plex out of state. Seems to be a good deal. Just was wondering how do you find a contractor and property manager if your out of state?

Anybody ever heard of “googling it” :-)

That’s how I do most of my research in a new market.

Then, as @Hadar Orkibi states, pick up the phone and start talking to people.
