Is your vacation property on chataqua lake?

Some people would say that is the black swan you see right before the market crashes.

I'm curious if anyone in the BP community has any advice on making your own man made lake?

If i invest, will I be able to rent -or really have to advertise to rent.Little Elm:  Sitting in the buld surrounded by lake, access into this region is limited, but properties vary from 200K to 1.5 mil range.

Anyone familiar with the Lago Vista area on the north Lake Travis side?

I will certainly find a mortgage lender that I can't meet with to lake the necessary step for my credit.  

In our situation this is ideal as we also have a photography business that is more than business on peak season and we would not be able to enjoy the lake house anyway so why not rent it (maybe TMI).
