It is giving me some great pointers and really helping me to develop my action plan.I am still working on making sure that I can still pass the pre-approval process with traditional banks, but definitely looking into other options to get started and purchase my first property within the next 90 days.Looking forward to meeting and engaging with other like-minded individuals!

Hey all,I’m new to this forum so bear with me... it seems like a good tool to use though.I’m looking into getting into subletting various leases for homes thru Airbnb and am curious what everyone’s take on how to find and connect directly with landlords would be.While it would be time consuming, you could isolate the area and homes you’re interested in engaging into a lease agreement with and message those hosts that are already on Airbnb to take over management of the property via lease/sublet combo.Â
