Hello Bigger Pockets Fam! I’m Ashley and new here. I’m super excited to start this whole process.

What sparked my flame, if you may wonder 💭, was passing everything on the pre-approval process, except - income 💰.

I just picked up Brandon Turner’s book The Book on Investing in Real Estate With No (and low) Money Down, and man!!! It is giving me some great pointers and really helping me to develop my action plan.

I am still working on making sure that I can still pass the pre-approval process with traditional banks, but definitely looking into other options to get started and purchase my first property within the next 90 days.

Looking forward to meeting and engaging with other like-minded individuals!
