That part I get :-) The part I am getting conflicting answers on is "Can I 'repay' a COVID Related Distribution?"

For myself the toughest part is financing.

As far as I know the bank just reaches out to a 3rd party company for the appraisal.

If they do NOT want to exercise that Right, then they can "sell their share to an outside party" IF the majority votes to accept that.

Nearly impossible to make a profit with 3rd party management.

The requests were handled expeditiously but in both cases a part is required to repair the item that has taken a long time to come in due to COVID.

His income, verified, will cover everything; however, the lease that we have signed already states that he, the "Resident along with the following other Occupants: *None* being all the allowed andauthorized Residents and Occupants of the Premises" as well as my hard pass on sub-letting: "This Lease may not be assigned by Resident nor can Resident sub-let the Premises (including temporary or vacation rentals to third parties)." 

All parties on the original lease need to sign the amendment.

When closing, how do I convince the other party to pay a portion of closing costs?
