Wife wants husband off lease

Hi All,

I recently gave a lease renewal to sign for my tenant and she claims that her husband and her are separated and he just comes to check up on his kids from time to time. My question is how do I go about it, usually I just give a one paper renewal, should I do the same now or do I have to make her sign a totally new lease?

and should I make him sign any kind of document? You

Also  I would like to know there are reasons that I believe it's not true that her husband and her are separated and she just wants him off the lease for a specific reason. My question is how to go about this?

Just to clarify I don't believe she's doing it behind his back, so that's not a concern at all!

thank you

Standard amendment. One name removed, and term extended. All parties on the original lease need to sign the amendment. All other items remain unchanged.
