You could offer up the BP provided leases with your pro/premium membership and see if they bit on getting a professional lease in prior to close.If they agree, you meaningfully de-risk the situation.

I am going under contract on a house in the beautiful Catskill mountain region of NY, specifically in the town of Margaretville NY, Delaware County.
