Hi everyone!

I’m located in Orland Park and have been looking at properties all over the Chicagoland area. I’m not originally from here and have not lived here long enough to have a great feel for the neighborhoods, so your input and guidance is very appreciated.

Thanks, Paul! I'm looking to buy and hold single family homes and rent to Section 8 tenants. I'm open to turnkey properties and properties that need to be rehabbed. I've flipped 2 homes in Michigan but I have no experience managing tenants and properties long term. I'll send you a PM now.
