So you need to look within  be realistic about your strengths and weakness's  then decide you can blow a ton of money on training and end up just spending money for nothing.. or you can take what you learn and catapult to higher levels.. the trainers they get paid either way.. its up to you.

I believe you are on the right track looking for a brokerage with an awesome training program.

The guy was extremely smart, and I received several great tips.

BUT a tip to start is to do comps analysis in the same way you do the numbers - note the design trends in your area... country farm houses will be different from Philly row houses and NYC apartments.

Any other tips would be appreciated. 

I've been there twice before but only for training.
