I made the mistake of locking my money into a CD account last year, and now my funds are unavailable, otherwise I could fund it on my own. 

Adult movies and a blue ray player, scoped pellet gun with starling bait, suit of armor, kegorator, life size Marilyn Monroe picture stand up display, periodic tables of beer styles/sex/meat, deer antler collection, firepit, horse shoe pit, the list goes on.  

Found the deal through a good friend, fellow middle school sports coach (my son's track coach) and one of my football player's dad.

Or ask if they have a CD making .5%.

You are right, you just need the right player in your pocket!  

It's not like buying a CD - with real estate, you have to maintain, manage, protect it, and make it cash flow. 

I have almost 100 properties there and this summer wiped out a lot of weaker players.

They may be good at this game, and they know you are a new player.

In fact, if you take a look at the websites of some of the other players in the industry you'll find that we actually provide more information up front than most.

Nothing has changed except "playing field" and the "players".
