Just need to deactivate or transfer notices when the place is rented. ring doorbell needs internet?

You can do 100% of your commerce over the Internet and employees can work efficiently from home.  

As stated, there's lots of breakdowns and examples in the IRS publications and you can get info from the "horses mouth" rather than on an internet forum.

While BP has provided a low-cost (or no cost) way to learn real estate, it hasn't completely rid of us of the guru unfortunately.I would highly recommend checking out this video by James Jani about the Internet gurus.

You never know when you just find something haphazardly on the internet.

You have an advantage with growing up on the internet, it will be way easier for you to be effective at these tasks and when you do find a mentor you offer value and it shows that you also have ambition.   

Safety, good internet connection, 4 bedrooms, nice people, warm weather is what I'm looking for.

Would like to practice analyzing deals at work without access to the internet (then later check my numbers when I get home)....
