Since they are likely single mothers or younger couples with a child, I would imagine, schools, parks/playgrounds, public transportation, and grocery stores?

I will just keep my nose to the grind wheel and storing cash until I can find something in my range.

They are consisted of the main tenant (a store owner), his younger brother (owner for another store), his nephew(store worker) and the brother's son. 

You can find it in the big box stores and is better than the powder version.
