Better - Best Site to List Property other than Zillow

We posted a property for sale with owner financing, and we announce using a 2/1 buydown regarding rate. Going on a 3rd week, and we got inundated with lots of RE service providers and agents wanting to list it, but lack serious inquiries. We are not opposed to list on MLS, but would rather not if possible. Zillow "zestimate" is below our ask, but our list price is very consistent with comps in an area with a lack of comparable properties. Any thoughts on other places to market this property to get results?
