I'm thinking about going to a seminar all the way in Riverside this morning for investors club with flipping houses and want to make sure it legit.

Most people here are anti-seminars but I actually think that if that's what it took to get you moving, then great.

The best, I think, is to go to craigslist and use the map feature and see what things nearby are renting for.  

I was just at a seminar in LA, they told me the same thing you hinted at. 

They will appreciate the feature and you won't have to worry about outside laundry and you'll have a little coin to offset.

There is a lot of expensive materials and classes/seminars you can attend regarding the note business.

They will want custom or one of a kind features.
