I see a lot of small business owners pulling their hair out over bookkeeping and losing sight of their primary business and goals.

Because when you try and sell 123 Main St. which is a 3 bed 2 bath house on Craigslist without a RE license you are violating CA business and professionals code.

the tenants include computer repair, pipe shops/ "head shops, and professionals like attorneys.

Is anyone familiar with Martin Eislerwith Professional Financial Associates or PFA.com that offers Loan Broker, Money Broker, Mortgage Broker Home Business Training????

Again, I went to an appraiser and asked if I could hire her to give me a professional opinion about what to do with a piece of property and she refused - who then is the appropriate professional to go to to seek guidance regarding "the highest and best use of a piece of real estate"?

@Jon Holdman  for a little over a decade i did this foreclosure rescue last minute stuff it was hair on fire.. and almost all of them were within 3 to 5 days of the sale.

Can someone recommend me a firm that does this, and what are the costs typically (ie percentage of purchase price, single dollar amount, etc.)I'd like to do it myself but would feel 1000 times better knowing I'm doing it in addition to a professional company and see what disparities arise between their analysis and mine. 

I am a golf professional so I typically snowbird for work.
