I have a friend who sells Younique, and she's one of their top producers, does a ton of youtube videos, and is always on fb... then i have tons, and tons of friends who sell avon, marykay, etc and flatline.

My GC does an incredible job.take a look at 62 poplar next time your going to Charleston we just put that into escrow at 555k 370 a sq ft which could be a record for that area.. or pretty close. we love working there.. but 4 to 5 years ago when I started it was still totally under the radar.
