Jumping in to large apartment complexes
What are some tips and tricks as well as general advice you guys would give to the newbie investor who has found an incredible financing opportunity, who wants to jump straight into investing in 100+ unit properties? What are some good areas to do this in?

My suggestion would be to find an experienced investor to partner with. Normally newbies go looking for mentors but don't ever manage to bring much to the relationship other than their willingness to work hard.
In your case you're actually bringing capital so that will definitely be a bonus and allow you to find someone who is willing to partner and teach you the business for access to your investors.
