Did you hire a management company?

Are you referring to private money specifically as like an individual person investor or also including real lending companies like Hard Money Lenders / Private Lenders? 

Would prefer to use our own Title Company.

Like only wired to and from a title company/escrow agent etc.

Any recs on companies that help form LLC formation, business structure and estate planning services?

Probably won’t do business with this company in the future.  

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

People are running their entire house from solar and selling back the excess to the electric company. 

What is stopping two of these good companies from marriage avail seems like a great long term and hospitable seems decent but only if you use only short term and you never enter things on your own into calendars but if you do… don’t switch because all data will be lost just like Hosthub.
