I'll preface this with I don't know the condition or square feet of your house, which are both large factors for determining the rent. 

We've done this on some of our apartment complexes because two medium-sized heaters are easier to replace than one large one.

Haha that's the $1B question almost every real estate investor asks... if there was a secret website like Zillow for investors then it wouldn't make much sense since every investors would be able to access it and bid up the prices. 

@Glen Wiley - absolutely excellent point regarding #1.

The BTR are excellent for building huge amounts of equity and if you do it right, have infinite returns from the cash flows holding them long-term.I also do some other projects here and there.

I went to their website and the price is still too high compared to what my friend in Canada is paying.
