Not to split hairs, but you do realize AirBnB just tweaked their front page to specifically feature those unique homes, which is a feature about two weeks old now? 

I am starting to see these HELOC options dry up for investment properties. 

Hey everyone - I’m listening to the latest On The Market podcast and they are specifically talking about value declines in 2nd home markets due to demand from 2nd home buyers drying up due to rising rates/ affordability.

The hedge funds cooled off a bit right around the time short sales started drying up.

Can't remember the breed right now, but are not an aggressive kind, just heavy weight, and I can imagine all the hair. 

I was told (by the company that left me high and dry after I paid them to set this up), that this configuration of a checkbook IRA needs to file a 1041 annually for the trust.  

Doesn't seem fair to the dog, no place to run and exercise or the owner, slobber, hair and smell everywhere.Maybe it's just me but I've noticed an inverse proportion to the owners income and IQ vs. the size of the dog.

Always good to have some dry powder especially in the changing market environment!

My advice based on other properties that had water issues and financing them - schedule photographs after a week of being dry so everything appears normal. :-)
