@Randy Johnston We're toying with the ideas of vacation rentals, however, zoning code is a bit restrictive in PDX for multiple units in a building going to rentals under 30 days.

That's why there are building codes, minimum standards.

The house was built in 1945 and isn't up to today's building codes sound and vibrations travel very easily through the beams.

I think you can search by zip code to find companies close to your property. 

Tell them which zip codes you are interested in and they can send you a spreadsheet you can upload to the post office web site to create your cards.Also, visit trulia.com and put in the address of a fourplex you're interested in.

I'm getting ready for a larger direct mail campaign for certain zip codes of interest.My personal opinion on door knocking for selling energy vs. buying homes, the latter requires better targeting.

Decatur (most zip codes in Decatur not just the expensive ones) seems like a solid area to flip.
