The property is well kept, built in 2003 and in walking distance of a nice family park, shopping center, entertainment and a movie theater.

For better or worse its already gentrifying, there are a lot of cute New England homes waiting to be renovated, you've got the cute new town-center, and the tourist appeal of wollaston beach... it's where I'm putting my money.While the area is a bunch of families and you'll probably find plenty of wholesome renters I'm definitely with Account Closed on tenant screening, though.

Retail centers in good locations the tenant size tends to be 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft.

Glendale had a lot of new buildings going in downtown, new shopping centers and businesses and people moving in.

The message needs to center around the hassle it is for them to get anything done remotely.
