hello bigger pockets well I live in laveen I want to refinance my home from a fha to a conventional so I can take off the mip and lowered my interest. I want to rent it out once that is done and I should cash flow around 400 to 500. the thing is I feel like homes are very expensive right now. I don't know if it would be a good idea to buy another home at this time would like to know what u guys and girls think about the Phoenix market.
