Outside of that, there isn't much landlords can do without getting close to the legal fine line.If the service animal causes damage to the property or puts other tenants at risk, you may be allowed to evict them, but I would still seek an attorney or further assistance from the ADA before doing so.

@Jacob HumistonAs long as it won't cause any issues in your relationship, would be a good idea to rent out the other bedroom as well which I can only assume would being in an additional $550-$650 per month depending on the area, amenities etc.

Alot of real estate investors only see the statistics which only the northern part of the city is accounting for :) The northern part is the portion that is causing those particular statistics while the south county/south city is doing extremely well.

Granted that may be all I’m seeing cause it’s all main stream listings but have you seen residential rents appreciate that much on an annual basis to justify buying at low caps, knowing it’ll increase due to raising rents?
