Would you be interested in a probate list that is more then just names and address but also includes linked properties, living spouse information, telephone number of executor/administrator, and any other available obituary information?

To give a bit of a background, I'm a 32 year old school administrator, my wife is a couple years younger and a teacher, and we have a 1.5 year old son.  

It has a lot of functionality but the only one I use it for, is to lookup new probate filings and the names, addresses of the executors/administrators of the estates.

The position is as an assistant listing manager, doing a lot of data entry and administrative functions.

And while the HARB and the U&O are operated terribly, they are fundamentally good ideas, and N-town has replaced most of its top administrative people in the last few years in order to foster growth and escape that reputation. 

BTW: The S.A.F.E law which is going to screw with the carry backs was pushed through congress by the (BIG) Business Friendly Bush Administration.

I guess the difficult part of this is that they are not currently in probate therefore there is no executor or administrator... what can be done in this situation until I help them get the probate process started? 

Yes, 60 days in the administrative time a local agency has to approve your plans and put building permit in your  hand.

Hi, the executor or administrator has a right in representing the estate to payoff the obligation, if they can, and with court approval if it is the administrator.

I have also spoken with two CPAs who don't think it is an issue so long as actual income is high enough about the 'reasonable salary' such that the tax savings are equal to or greater than the $2000ish annual costs of administrative maintenance (LLC expenses, payroll company, added filing expenses, etc.)Is anyone actually doing this who can shed a little light?
