I went to the courthouse in Dekalb county and Ive searched online. I have been totally unsuccessful in finding probates. If anyone in the Atlanta area has been successful finding a probate list I would love to know how if you dont mind sharing. :) Or if you just have any great tips! I will take in all knowledge available. I am new to the wholesale business and open to all input i have the books mention on here about flipping but I would like to connect 1 on 1 with some investors who are in my direct area. Thanks!

Gregory Trent I work probates in Fulton and Cobb county. I have Dekalb county on my to do list but haven't gotten there yet. I think Dekalb is probably very similar Fulton. You basically need to find a computer that is connected to the court records for the County in question. For Fulton it's called Odyssey and you can access it from most of the government offices. Some counties have everything online so that you can access it over the Internet. Cobb is one of those counties.

If you ever want to chat in person or even work together to gather probate leads, send me a message.
