I'm pitching an idea that "purple lightbulb" need to be installed all over the the city of Los Angeles.

So, I'm going to re-face the drawers and doors on it and replace the counter-top on it with granite and install a vessel sink.  

It's a lot like toothing-in tongue and groove flooring... typically on the last piece or two have to have the tongue or backside of the groove removed to install and a dab of adhesive often does the trick.If you opt to paint, use a primer/sealer first (such as Zinnser or Kilz), but know that the painting will be noticeable.

To avoid sewer hookup issues, wastewater will be dealt with by using a local Honey Bucket service that will install a holding tank and keep it emptied.
