Interlocking Tile Replacement

Hello,

I bought a unit with an interlocking tile ceiling. There are a couple tiles that are sagging and a couple that have some water stains (working on eliminating the source).

I'm having trouble getting new ceiling tiles in (Armstrong interlocking tiles circa 2007). I've looked up a few things online, but am still having issues. Has anyone had any success replacing individual pieces without taking the whole thing apart?

I've considered just cutting the tongue and groove pieces off an putting them up with finish nails if that would work. For the water stained pieces I don't know if painting over them would work.
