Have you thought going to county records to find out if the houses in the area you want  have major home violations ?

@Bill S the lot is 6,870 sqft...I checked the Denver property records for this house and under property type it says "residential triplex" and under zoning district it says "E-SU-DX"Where can I go to confirm that this property has been zoned and approved to be a multi-family property?

They even have it hooked up to Clark County Tax and the Recorders office showing just about anything you'd want to see.

However, using the LLC's funds as your own and not keeping adequate books and records is a recipe for allowing someone to "pierce the corporate vail" and attach your personal assets in a lawsuit.
