The 7-plex and the triplex will have very different institutional loans.Why would you rather not owner finance?

(unless there is another way of getting around this)We have a large network of medical professionals, in addition to discovering a bank who can finance medical professionals up to 97% for their practice.Is there anyone that may refer me to an experienced developer in the medical field or a lender that deals with new development and construction?
