Some hospitals keep a list on hand for workers coming in for extended stays of less than a year.When I lived in Seattle in the 1980s I rented a four bedroom house and sublet one of the rooms to medical school students who came from other states to do 3-month externship/internships.

I currently have 24 college student rentals in Lubbock and do many remodels/rehabs and have started to do some flipping.

You have to be realistic on some things, if you are in an area where your target is students they may not have any credit built up. 

Universities are competing and succeeding in attracting more students: It'S the best place to work live, play for national or foreign millenials and seniors alike.

It is called the Bathroom remodeling workshop....demonstration and hands on, a 10 week class, held one per week for 3 hours on Wednesday nights in which the students construct an actual bathroom....yee haw!!
