Looking for an example sub-to contract

Pace refers to a contract he makes available. I cant find it anywhere and Id like to get a look at it. Anyone know where an example is found?

No. Pace doesn’t give away his contracts. But those are contracts available for subto from an attorney that people
will use who are not in subto. I am a transaction coordinator for investors  and for people who do not have contracts this site has many and the lawyer is reputable. All this said, having your own attorney is the safest route
