@Jason James,You can use self-directed IRA to purchase rental property, as well as any other alternative investment such as tax liens, trust deeds, private placements, syndication, private lending, etc. etc. etc.

@Eric Haug if you have a close friend you trust from Asia or the Mid East area, you can get 24K gold for much cheaper than what you’d pay in USA.
