I believe in this technology so much, that I almost purchased a franchise for my area with one of the major suppliers of the machines and piers.

I haven't noticed difficulty in getting in touch with building department or even getting info on properties that aren't mine, it's public info after all.

@Adam Lacey i think partnering with someone more experienced will be my next move. i've run a business before, i know operations and processes, and i think where i can bring the most value is in technology.
