My interests right now are Fix-and-Flip single family homes in the Indianapolis area and surrounding suburbs.  

The school district is great, beechmont avenue is awesome, and the location is very convenient for getting to Cincy or the surrounding area.

You'll have to share the "2% rule", never heard of it.MHP like other investments you need to look at Cap Rate, potential to raise revenue, location - including the surrounding metro area and major employers.

I have made so many wonderful friends and business partners here on BP.Chattanooga, Ringgold and all the surrounding areas are great investing farms for me I love that area so much I decided to move there soon ;-)There are so many exciting times ahead for you!

It is a risky thing to do but if you are disciplined and you surround yourself with experienced people to keep you out of trouble then I think it is a good idea to have the equity in the house working for you.
