Newbie from Indianapolis, Indiana

Hello Investors!!!!!

    My name is Brent Wright.  I was born and raised in a suburb west of Indianapolis.  As you all know I am new to BP.  I have rehabbed homes since I was a little guy with my Grandpa, who was a custom home builder.  I had my real estate license a few years ago and really didn't do much with it, mainly because of lack of time.  I have always wanted to invest in real estate and am finally at a point in my life where that is going to be possible....YAY!!!    My interests right now are Fix-and-Flip single family homes in the Indianapolis area and surrounding suburbs.  Mainly focusing in and around Hendricks County.   I am just trying to find that right property and get to it before it's gone....TRICKY.  The good ones go fast.   I am really picky right now especially.....my first ones def need to flip and not flop.
