getting started in charlotte

I am a newbie in Charlotte that has some experience in Real Estate. I have spent quite a bit of time reading and researching as to the best way to get started again and find what is my niche. I wanted to know if there are expierieced groups or individuals in Charlotte or the surrounding area that specializes in helping people get started. I have also looked into the different REO's that Charlotte has to offer and been given some good advice.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers).
