I love traveling a lot.Found this forum through a friend.

I had all my insurance with this broker, and the insurer, Travelers, covering my home, rentals, umbrella etc.

I travel around the country weekly for work, which feels like a disadvantage in my desire to meet up with like-minded individuals, especially those who have found success with RE, so I look forward to meeting folks within this great community/platform.

There went my $10,000 up in smoke. 

We also need at least the house electric on for smokes and COs, which is law. 

I travel back and forth to the mountains a lot so I don't have a ton of free time to drive around looking for FSBO's.

, does anyone smoke?

I maintain the property weekly but have not begun keeping track of fuel or travel expenses.Our tax refunds have been great so it feels like, even though no real monthly cashflow, the huge return plus the increased equity (not to mention my “free” storage use of the property and garage) makes this seem like it’s working.

My question is can use the I claim my travel expenses to Hawaii based on a planned timeshare meeting?

Wife and I will be traveling there next month to look around.
