Newbie from ST. PAUL, MN. Newly DEBT FREE and excited for RE!

Hey y’all! My wife and I just spent the last 34 months paying off $162K in debt because of our desire for FI. Though we will be focusing on other boring investments next (i.e. mutual funds, 401K) our next goal is to have RE added to our portfolio. I have zero experience in RE, but I’ve been listening to BP podcast for an little over a year now (a bit obsessed) along with reading to gain as much knowledge as possible to be prepare once the right opportunity presents itself. The idea of wholesaling is triggering my interesting more lately, as it seems like the a nice introduction to RE. I travel around the country weekly for work, which feels like a disadvantage in my desire to meet up with like-minded individuals, especially those who have found success with RE, so I look forward to meeting folks within this great community/platform. Thank you all in advance!!
