As Will said, there is no replacement for your own "due diligence," but sadly, so many people continue to fall for guru hype.Hopefully more networks will do their own investigative reports like this one and bring to light just what is happening out there...

It teaches people to expect they'll get burned, which is sad.

It is sad they don't teach stuff like this in schools our society would be better.

I have massive experience in this industry; If there is a way to get screwed, glued or tattooed in real estate, I have seen it all, I have been done in by the best (and sad to say, the worst) of this industry.

It's sad.

We're from Calgary, and our economy has been really effected by the price of oil.When I was in my early twenties, I spent several months backpacking around Guatemala, and going to Spanish school in Quetzaltenango - I still have very fond memories of my time there, but sadly have lost almost all my Spanish due to no one to talk to out here!
